New goals for October

Day #1


1 – Complete blogging challenge

2 – Workout at least 3 days per week

3 – Meet 3 new people in Calgary (I already made a new mom friend today yay!)

4 – Leave the house at least once per day. I know this doesn’t sound like much of a goal, but with a 3 month old and a 2 year old it’s kind of crazy.

5 – Say my affirmations each morning (right now my theme is abundance) and spend 5 minutes being grateful in the evening (I’m using the 5 Minute Journal to keep track)

6 – Refined sugar free as of Oct 3 (1 month challenge until my birthday – eek)

7 – Meal plan each week

8 – Try 1 new recipe each week

9 – Take an hour or two for myself each week (again with 2 kids and a husband who works full-time this doesn’t always happen)

10 – Plan my week on Sundays
