I HEART SMOOTHIES. I have at least one once per day and I’m not just saying that because I work for Vega (although it does help :)). I have been having a least a few smoothies/shakes per week for years now. Like anything else I’ve tested different products and found the one that worked for me – Vega. In fact, I loved the product so much that I just had to work there. And yes, the company is as awesome as the product. While some of my recipes will not include supplements, most will since I usually have it in the morning as a quick, nutritious breakfast or as a supplement after a workout. I have an extensive recipe list so bear with me while I get them all up. Enjoy!
